Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents and quotations to support competitive bidding processes
• Follow up on bid clarifications to ensure accurate and timely responses
• Manage order changes and final settlements to maintain contract compliance and financial accuracy
• Reference project data to support decision-making and documentation accuracy
• Liaise and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure favorable terms and resolve issues
• Attend site meetings to record all changes, orders, and claims, ensuring accurate project tracking
• Prepare interim estimates and handle potential change orders to support project financial management
• Execute additional assigned tasks or related work as required to support project objectives
• Monday to Friday 9:00am-6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am-1:00pm
