Job Summary:
An opportunity for an experienced quantity surveying professional to manage project costs, contracts, claims, and subcontractor coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project cost control, including progress and variation claims to monitor milestones and scope changes.
- Handle procurement activities, including selection of contractors and suppliers in line with project requirements.
- Assess and verify subcontractor payment claims to ensure contractual and project compliance.
- Review main contracts and sub-contracts, identify issues, and manage related correspondence and final accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of claims related to time extensions, cost adjustments, and project delays with proper documentation.
- Maintain project records and progress updates using internal systems such as OA and SAP.
- Attend project and coordination meetings to provide updates and operational support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in quantity surveying, contract administration, or project cost management.
- Proven experience in handling project costs, claims, procurement, and subcontractor management.
- Familiarity with contract administration, final account preparation, and claims documentation.
- Ability to use internal systems and standard project reporting tools for tracking and documentation.
- Willingness to work 5.5 days per week.
