RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
. Taking off quantities, pricing and preparation of tender submission
. Prepare Bills of Quantity
. Source for sub-contractors and suppliers, evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
. Analyze project specifications to recommend cost-saving measures
. Assist Project Team for Variation Works, Progress Claim and Cost Control
. Monitor and keep track of project cost as per planned schedule and budget
. Measure and determine amount of work done at stages to evaluate progress and contractual claims by sub-contractors
. Assist in the settlement of final accounts with client, suppliers, and sub-contractors
. Carry out contract administration duties
REQUIREMENTS
. Diploma / Degree Holders in Quantity Surveying or equivalent from a recognized institution / University
. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
. Be able to take instructions and work independently
. Good communications skills, able to interact with people of all levels
. Able to work well in a team
