Quantity Surveyor
- Working Days: Mon to Fri: 9am TO 5.30pm Alt Sat: 9am TO 12pm
- Location: Kaki Bukit / Ubi industrial - Jalan Pemimpin
- Salary: $3,000 to $ 3,600
Responsibilities:
- Prepare project costing, quotations, and tender submissions for glass and related construction works
- Follow up on quotations and secure projects
- Coordinate material ordering and delivery schedules
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and site teams regarding project requirements
- Prepare and amend AutoCAD drawings for client submissions
- Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control
Requirements:
- Relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or similar industry
- Experience in glass works is an advantage
- Strong knowledge in costing and tender preparation
- Proficient in AutoCAD
