Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates
- Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures
- Review and analyse contracts, tender documents, and pricing schedules
- Work closely with the project manager and site team to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
- Handle procurement and manage subcontractors
- Prepare final accounts and ensure compliance with regulations and standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
- Knowledge of building regulations, construction processes, and project management
- Strong proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
