Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations timely and ensure accuracy
• Source, liaise, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors for quotations and materials requirements, ensuring the best value for the company.
• Handle any other assigned duties or related tasks as required to support the smooth operations of the company.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Building/Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the Construction Sector
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
