Job Responsibilities:
-Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BQ), tender documents, and project budgets.
-Analyze project drawings and specifications for cost planning.
-Evaluate contractor quotations and negotiate contract terms.
-Monitor project costs and prepare progress claims.
-Assist in contract administration and variation order management.
-Conduct site visits and measurements when required.
-Maintain accurate project cost records and reports.
-Coordinate with project teams and contractors to ensure cost efficiency.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related Engineering discipline.
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
-Candidates with relevant working experience, particularly in piping works within the semiconductor industry, will have an added advantage.
-Good knowledge of construction costing, estimation, and contract administration.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
-Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
-Able to work independently and as part of a team.
