Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

• Tender taking off, call quotation and cost estimate for tender.
• Preparation and compile tender documents, Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost sheets.
• Sourcing of quotation, evaluate, compare and negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Review tender conditions, identify commercial risks, and ensure submissions meet all requirements.
• Engage with consultants and stakeholders for clarifications and provide cost inputs.
• Track costs and provide data to support the tender process, ensuring financial viability.

Requirements

• Only for Singaporeans/PRs.
• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Building.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in cost management and tendering as Main Contractor at Singapore.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and commercial skills.
• Ability to interpret contract documents and specifications.
• Able to work independently, multi-task hardworking.
• Preferably able to commence within short notice.
