Responsibilities
- Negotiating with contracting companies in order to get sufficient equipment and personnel necessary to complete the construction work in good time.
- Prepare, revise and update tendering
- Taking off quantity drawing tender
- Resolution contractual claim
- Purchasing project site materials
Requirements
- Min Diploma in QS/Civil Engineering/Architectural or equivalent
- Having related building construction working experiences will be a better
- Familiar with Singapore local authorities submission
- Immediate availability
