Understanding market price trends
Capable of administrate on ACMV/Electrical tender and tendering procedures
Controlling, planning for strategy of all tendering duties
List the scope of work and commercial requirements in order to determine the risks of the projects
Preparing and follow up on the Request For Quotations to suppliers/sub-cons in order to ensure tender costing and technical data to be submitted on time
Taking off Bill of Quantities from the ACMV Drawings, Points of Schedules and
Architectural drawings
Collating price comparison, costing summary and technical proposal in order to prepare tender submission
Studying the addendum and/or corrigendum documents and update costing summary with technical proposal accordingly
Diploma/Degree in any engineering related field
Quantity surveyor experience from electrical project or relevant experience
