What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong connections with sub-contractors, vendors, and equipment suppliers
- Stay updated on market price trends to ensure accurate, competitive costing
- Manage tender administration and procedures for ACMV/Electrical works
- Strategize, plan, and control all tendering activities to meet deadlines
- Define scope of work and commercial requirements, identifying project risks early
- Prepare and follow up on RFQs to suppliers and sub-contractors for timely submissions
- Perform quantity take-offs from ACMV drawings, schedules, and architectural plans
- Compile price comparisons, costing summaries, and technical proposals for tender submission
- Review and update submissions based on addendum/corrigendum documents
- Maintain all tender documentation in a clear and organized manner
- Attend site briefings, meetings, or post-tender interviews when required
What We're Looking For
- Diploma (or higher) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in the M&E construction industry
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills
- Independent and responsible, yet collaborative and team-focused
- Highly motivated with the ability to take ownership of tasks from start to finishGood communication skills to liaise with suppliers, consultants, and internal teams
