Responsibilities:
- Attend Site Briefing (During the Tender State).
- Obtain quotation from Supplier & Sub-Contractor.
- Documents study and drawings measurement.
- List out or analysis quotation from Supplier & Sub-Contractor.
- Pre & Post Tender document compilation.
- Preparing Letter of Award to Supplier & Subcontractor.
- Understanding all the Terms & Condition, lead time from Subcontractor.
- List out all material to be procure.
- Prepare monthly progress claim to Consultant & evaluate Sub-Con claim.
- Prepare & Submit Variation Order claim to Consultant.
- Itemized all the Variation Order or Omission cost for the project.
Requirements:
- At least Diploma in Mechanical Engineering /Electrical Engineering or similar field its equivalent
