QUANTITY SURVEYOR

WE'RE HIRING: QUANTITY SURVEYOR – LTA EXPERIENCE

Location: Singapore

Industry: Civil Infrastructure / Construction

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with exposure to Singapore's LTA-related infrastructure projects We're looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong commercial and cost-control skills to support civil infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates and measurement records.
• Assist with tender documentation, pricing schedules, quotation comparisons and commercial submissions.
• Review subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Monitor project costs, variations, claims and progress payments.
• Assess variation submissions and track their financial impact.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, subcontractor and site teams.
• Maintain cost reports, commercial registers and contractual documentation.
• Support cost forecasting and cost-to-complete updates.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Relevant Quantity Surveying experience.
• Exposure to Singapore LTA-related projects or civil infrastructure works.
• Knowledge of quantity measurement, BOQs, cost control, variation assessments and progress claims.
• Strong analytical, numerical, communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and relevant measurement or costing software.
