Interior Design Quantity Surveyor Position is Now Open! Salary negotiable for exceptional candidates

REQUIREMENTS:

. Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.

. At least Diploma holder and 3 years of relevant experience.

. At least 3 years of experience in the Interior Design industry preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

. Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions for interior fit-out projects.

. Source and evaluate subcontractor quotations, negotiate pricing, and issue purchase orders.

. Track project costs and monitor variations, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.

. Conduct site measurements, prepare progress claims, and manage final account settlements.

. Liaise with project managers, clients, and designers to ensure project cost control and timely reporting.

. Coordinate with project team to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

. Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
