Laise with main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders involved in the project.
Coordinate with the construction and design teams to prepare documentation for Request for Quotation (RFQ) and open tenders.
Assist the Project Control Manager and Cost Manager on quantity surveying matters related to subcontractors, work orders, and purchase orders.
Manage project administration and documentation, including the preparation of interim valuations, pricing, agreement of contract variations, claims submissions, and final accounts.
Source suppliers and subcontractors, and prepare price comparisons and cost summaries.
Evaluate and certify subcontractors process payments.
interpret specifications and construction drawings accurately.
Prepare project budgets and costing reports.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in quantity surveying with a main contractor.
Experience in LTA or building projects will be an advantage.
Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field.
