We are looking for a skilled professional to manage procurement and cost control for our construction projects.
The ideal candidate will handle material purchasing, supplier management, and quantity surveying tasks to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure construction materials, equipment, and services at competitive rates.
- Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain procurement records.
- Conduct quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and maintain bills of quantities (BOQ). - Monitor project costs, variations, and subcontractor invoices. - Support project teams with cost reports, tender evaluation, and value engineering.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years experience in procurement and quantity surveying within construction. - Knowledge of construction materials, costing, and industry standards.
- Proficient in MS Office and QS software (e.g., AutoCAD, CostX).
- Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
