Responsibilities
- Prepare tender submission, handle progress claims, variation orders and finalize project accounts.
- Administration of tenders - prepare quotation, tender and contract documents including bill of quantities, cost estimation, cost control and budgeting.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure that all client requirements are met to prepare project handover documents
- Evaluate and negotiate tenders from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure optimal terms.
- Coordinate ID works on site
- Assist the Project team in all aspect of project management such as project progress, monitoring, site supervision, checking of materials and workmanship, control of general workers
- To carry out coordination and liaisons with all relevant parties
- Support the Project manager to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, meet all safety standards and are of highest quality.
- Responsible for monitoring the daily process and progress at the project site
- Conduct project site inspection.
- Any ad hoc duties assigned
Required skills and qualifications
- Relevant working experience in Construction / Interior Design fit-out work
- Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management
- Able to work under pressure
- O Level (or equivalent) and above in relevant field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be able to speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently. (To liaise with mandarin speaking)
