Job Description

Monitoring salesenquiry and following up to get the requirements

. Reviews tenderdocuments / requests for proposals to understand project details andrequirements

. Reviews andinterprets engineering documentation such as drawings / specifications / scopeof works to fully understand the project requirements for detailed and accurateestimating

. Provides detailedand accurate quantity and component take-offs against the technical drawings,specifications and scope of work documentation

. Provides timelyclarifications for ongoing submission within the tender

. Provides current andcompetitive industry schedule of rates against the take-offs

. Communicates andnegotiates competitive rates with Suppliers and Sub-contractors

. Provides costingdata and input into the proposal formats required by the tender documentation

. Works within theEstimating Team, reporting to the manager

. Coordinates withother project team for monthly progress claim and following up varaition works

. Cooordinates withproject team in order to monitor budget

. Maintains CompanyPricing Databases

. Preparation the shopdrawing (2D, 3D & BIM), submission and liaising with main con / consultantfor approval
. Following up thedocuments submission, material submission and approval

. Preparation materialschedule, material cutting schedule and coordination production team

. Attending projectmeeting, coordination site progress and schedule
