Quantity Surveying
Secure new contracts/projects and administer all project contracts.
Prepare tender and contract documents including bills of quantities (BQ).
Conduct cost analysis for all project trade works.
Establish client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies with the project team.
Perform value management and cost control throughout project stages.
Execute procurement strategies and propose refinements or improvements.
Identify, analyze, and develop responses to commercial risks.
Prepare and analyze costing for tenders evaluate tender outcomes and prepare detailed reports for review.
Allocate work to subcontractors and evaluate their completed work for payment certification.
Monitor tender portals (e.g. GeBIZ, SESAMi) and other platforms for private and public tenders and quotations.
Maintain awareness of current building contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant ISO and company standards.
Keep abreast of applicable regulations such as the Security of Payment Act (SOP).
Drafting
Assess client requirements, site conditions, and project constraints.
Provide innovative, economical, and constructible designs and prepare drawings for proposal, construction, and as-built submission.
Coordinate closely with clients and the Operations team to ensure design accuracy and practicality.
Produce all relevant architectural and structural drawings required for tender and construction.
Prepare detailed shop drawings and accurate cutting lists to support purchasing, fabrication, and construction processes.
Update and maintain records of all design and detail changes.
Participate in and provide input for the preparation of method statements for construction works.
