Reviews tender pricing with manager understands the project schedule, profit margin and goodwill discount attends tender interviews goes through tender reply with manager and prepares reply accordingly.
Reviews letter of appointments, contract drawings and documents and to highlight any deviation from the tender.
Attends project kick off meetings and brief the scope of works with project team and management.
Follows up on making arrangements for sample submission.
Negotiates with the respective supplier and appoints the specialist sub-contractors based on trade.
To prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings as per architect or client requirement.
