Quantity Surveyor (Cost Planning)

Duties & Responsibilities include:

• To carry out taking off quantities using Cost X / Glodon or other suitable software
• To source quotations for relevant trade works including price comparison and cost analysis
• Ability to raise tender queries/ design discrepancies timely for clarification
• Ability to handle tender correspondences and addendum to update changes made to tender documents
• To assist in compilation of tender submission including tender qualification and
• To perform other QS-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Possess Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 2-3 years working experience related to main building tenders
• Good knowledge of reading specifications and building drawings
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work with digital software (i.e. Cost X/ Glodon) would be ideal and
• Meticulous, independent with good communicative skills and a team player.
