Quantity Surveyor (Cost Planning/ A1 Maincon)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-offs for projects.

• Source quotations for relevant trade works, including conducting price comparisons and cost analyses.

• Raise tender queries and identify design discrepancies in a timely manner for clarification.

• Manage tender correspondences and handle addenda to reflect updates to tender documents.

• Assist in the preparation and compilation of tender submissions, including tender qualifications.

• Carry out additional Quantity Surveying duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying.

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-3 years of experience in main building tenders.

• Strong ability to interpret specifications and building drawings.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Familiarity with digital software such as CostX or Glodon is preferred.

• Experience in building construction is required.
