Job Description

Taking off of quantities for building works
To prepare BQ, tender document, cost comparison for tender project including source and negotiate price with suppliers and sub-contractors, etc.
Project administration and documentation include preparation of sub-contract, VO, interim valuations and final account, etc.
To handle on-going project and resolve contractual issues with clients
To prepare shopdrawings, master programme, method statements and tender interview documents
To maintain proper tender and project documentation
To handle other assigned duties as required

Requirement

Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building/Construction/Civil Engineering
Able to work independently and under pressure
Proactive and well organized
Advanced AutoCad knowledge is required
MS Projects knowledge is advantageous
