Quantity Surveyor

. Review the bid requirements and prepare tender documentation

. Conduct Technical evaluation, Bill of Quantity (BOQ) take-off and cost analysis

. Coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/ bidding activities, tender questionnaires, overall project budget

. Source, obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers / sub-contractors according to tender requirements

. Participate in tender interviews and handle post tender queries and clarifications

. Arranging meetings with subcontractors and suppliers to review the specifications, scope of works and method of construction if required

. Work closely with the project team and ensure proposals are technically competent innovative where appropriate, fully addressing the client's stated requirements or agreeing preferable solutions / alternatives in advance of submission

Qualifications

. Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or its equivalent

. At least 3 years relevant experience in the Tender / Quantity Surveying function, preferably experience in main-contractors

Preference to be Singaporeans or SPR
