Quantity Surveyor (Civil & Infra)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review tender documents (BoQ, SOW, subcontract drafts, cost comparisons)
• Perform cost estimation, planning, and quantity measurement
• Handle monthly progress claims, payment responses, and subcontractor payments
• Source quotations for materials and services prepare RFQs and conduct price analysis
• Oversee budget tracking, variation orders, final accounts, and cost control
• Manage contract documentation and internal workflows (e.g., ERP, approvals)
• Address contract issues including extensions of time, loss and expense claims
• Ensure compliance with PSSCOC contracts and the Singapore SOP Act
• Collaborate closely with the Contract Manager and project teams
• Maintain accurate and organized project records

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in civil infrastructure or marine/land reclamation projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office knowledge of AutoCAD or similar tools is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of QS and contract administration processes
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Good written and verbal communication skills
