Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer contracts in accordance with Design & Build procurement methods and project requirements.
• Manage all aspects of progress payments, variations, claims, and the settlement of final accounts.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, cash flows, and implement effective cost control measures.
• Assess subcontractor quotations, issue purchase orders, and evaluate completed work on-site for compliance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and design teams to ensure project cost efficiency and commercial viability.
• Provide accurate, timely, and detailed cost reports to senior management for informed decision-making.
• Ensure full compliance with contract terms, company policies, and statutory regulations.
• Negotiate and resolve contractual and commercial matters with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Design & Build contract administration and industry-standard contract forms.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in relevant QS software and reporting tools.
