- Responsible for taking measurements and drafting tender documentation.
- Preparing for tender and analysing the tender returns.
- Assist with pre-qualifications.
- Prepares cost estimates based on technical specifications and prepares costing details for further analyses.
- Responsible for the complete cost management and contract administration of the project, including preparing claims and final account settlement.
- Prepare valuations for interim payments and/or recommendations for payment to contractors, specialists and sub-contractors including recommendations for payment
- Measure variation of cost claims
Requirements
- Recognized Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building or equivalent preferable.
- Possesses knowledge of the industry, construction materials, procurement methods and regulations.
- Possess strong numeracy, analytical and problem-solving skills.
