Responsibilities
- Tender estimation and costing.
- Quantity take-off, estimation, cost planning, subcontracting, Variation Orders and Final Accounts with Clients.
- To review progress of all on-going projects and preparation of monthly progress claim submissions to Clients as well as evaluates and prepare Subcontractors claims.
- Undertaking duties/assignments as and when appropriately assigned by the HOD/Superior.
Requirement
- Degree in Structural / Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Tender and Estimating Works.
- Able to read and understand Drawings well.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in estimating construction projects.
- Knowledge of Structural Steel works will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Standard Conditions of Contracts and Sub-contracts.
- High proficiency with Microsoft office software in Excel and Word.
- With good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Can work under pressure.
