Quantity Surveyor

Support and report to the Contracts Manager for our client.

Ensure works are compliance with contract requirements.

Prepare tender and contract documents, develop Bills of Quantities, build-up rates, and payment schedules aligned with contract specifications.

Prepare and submit variation claims in accordance with contract terms.
