Key Responsibilities

. Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and tender submissions

. Carry out quantity take-offs from drawings and project specifications

. Review BOQ, drawings, and scope of works

. Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations

. Prepare material and labour cost calculations

. Handle variation orders, progress claims, and final accounts

. Monitor project costs and budget

. Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams

Requirements

. Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or related field

. Minimum 1 years of relevant experience

. Experience in carpentry, joinery, interior fit-out, or renovation projects

. Experience in quantity take-off, costing, tendering, VO, progress claims, and final accounts

. Able to read and understand construction / carpentry drawings

. Good communication and negotiation skills

. Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
