Job Responsibilities:
- Pre-Contract Responsibilities:
- Prepare tenders, bills of quantities, quotations, and cost summaries
- Evaluate pricing and conduct cost comparisons
- Support budgeting and cost planning for fast-track projects
- Post-Contract Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate quantity measurements for progress claims and variation orders
- Handle payments to subcontractors and suppliers
- Prepare and finalize accounts, including documentation for variation orders and EOT claims
- Maintain proper site documentation for contractual purposes
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the safety team and support all Safety and Health initiatives
- Ensure compliance with the WSHA and the Company's Safety Management System
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with a construction firm
- Knowledge of current construction costs, materials, and methods is an advantage.
