Job Description
- Responsible for the Quantity Survey and Contract Administration.
- Material and Quantity take-off and cost estimation.
- Ability to source for quotations from sub-contractors/suppliers.
- Independent experience in bidding
- Project and contract documents administration
- Material ordering
- Measurement, manage project progress claim, payment response, variation orders
- Had experience being solely responsible for a sizable project claim
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Builders Work or Engineering
- Minimum 2-years relevant working experience on high-end renovation projects
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledgeable about interior fit-out projects, M&E construction materials and procurement methods.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD
- Strong organizing skills
- Able to work in independently
