Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:

1) Progress Claims

2) Assist in Taking Off Measurements for work done on site

3) Claims submission and verification of claim disputes (internally and externally)

4) Assist in Technical Drawing (AutoCAD)

5) Assist in Tender BQ and Taking Off Drawings for Projects (ad hoc)

6) Support Operations in documentation

7) Support site with projects info (server base drawings, etc)

Job Requirements:

1) Min. Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

2) At least 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in local Construction firm.

3) Proficient in Microsoft Office AutoCAD
