Roles & Responsibilities

• Tender and Contract documents administration
• Prepare BQ, cost estimation, cost control, and cost estimation
• Responsible for quantity take-off, claim preparations, variations, and final accounts
• Understand the market updates and construction cost trend
• Good knowledge in Contract and QS procedures and pricing
• Strong leadership skill and work independent
• Any other ad-hoc task assigned by Superior

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying or relevant field
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Experience in Road Work / Civil Projects is an advantage
