Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

• Review tender documents, specification, drawings and contractual conditions.
• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, detailed cost breakdown, including sourcing quotations, evaluating quotations and preparing procurement recommendations.
• Prepare sub-contracts documents, ensuring alignment with project requirement.
• Perform measurement and valuation of work done, including progress claims, variations and settlement of final account with sub-contractors.
• Prepare contractual correspondence, submit claims notices promptly and in accordance with contractual timetable.
• Maintain proper documentation, records, and contractual registers.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, marine / coastal works, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, proficient in measurement, cost and contract administration.
• Good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, manage tight schedules, and handle dynamic site conditions.
