Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Contract Manager, MNC (Reclamation / Marine Projects)

well-established main contractor is seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Contract Manager to support the commercial and contractual aspects of large-scale reclamation and marine infrastructure projects.

This role is ideal for experienced QS professionals who are either comfortable in a senior QS capacity or ready to progress into an Assistant Contract Manager role.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the commercial and contractual management of reclamation and marine projects

• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow

• Handle subcontractor procurement, tender evaluation, negotiations, and appointments

• Evaluate and certify subcontractor progress claims, variations, and final accounts

• Prepare and submit progress claims to clients and consultants

• Assist in variation pricing, claims preparation, and change management

• Monitor project costs, commercial risks, and cost forecasts

• Work closely with project and site teams to support smooth project delivery

• Maintain proper commercial and contractual documentation and reporting

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management

• Relevant experience in reclamation, marine, or heavy civil engineering projects
