Responsible for tender quantity take off and cost estimations.
Responsible for coordinating with clients QS and contract department to ensure completeness of drawings, description of scope of works, specifications and details for accuracy of quantity and cost estimation.
Responsible to visit site for better understanding of site conditions for cost estimation including earth quality, site constraint, services, and others.
Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our standard costing template.
Responsible in supporting PM/SPM and project team to manage the respective contract.
Responsible for the cost planning and control of project cost budget.
Responsible for keeping track of all variation orders including proofs and cost claim submission
Responsible for monthly claim, certification and payment including variation orders and site visit for measurement and verification with main contractor QS.
Responsible for all contract cost management and timely completion of project final accounts.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in civil engineering/quantity surveying
Minimum 3 years of related experience in civil engineering environment
Extensive knowledge of building contracts/clauses, SIA, FIDIC, NEC, etc.
Computer literacy with knowledge of BlueBeam and AutoCAD
