Roles and Responsibility
This role requires the individual to work independently and with team members within a growing SME.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare tender, quotations and contract documents including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client
- Perform quantity take off and attend site visits
- Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies
- Perform risk, value management and cost control
- Prepare and analyse costing for tenders
- Sourcing suppliers and subcontractors
- Allocate work to subcontractors
- Preparation of Progress Claim and/or Payment Response
- Analyse outcomes and write detailed progress reports
- Value completed work
Requirements:
- Possess a matured attitude and a keen sense to learn.
- Highly motivated, confident and self-driven.
- Responsible, independent
- Ability to produce accurate and quality work within tight deadlines
- Minimum 3 years working experience
- Possess good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Able to read and write in English
- Skilled in AutoCAD (2D/3D), Microsoft Word, PowerPointand Excel.
- Possess at least a Bacherlor's Degree certification or higher in building or construction, civil or structural engineering
