Job Description

JOB SCOPE

Source sub-contractors and vendors for quotations during tendering
Carry out quantity take-offs during tendering
Evaluate quotations and prepare costing summaries for approval prior to tender submission
Prepare project cash flow statements
Prepare and finalize subcontract documents (including all contract and technical requirements)
Prepare procurement and sub-contract schedules
Assist Project Manager with negotiation and award of sub-contracts
Ensure submission of bonds/warranties from sub-contractors
Prepare payment claims and provide substantiation for variation orders (VO) for valuation
Prepare monthly payment certificates and check invoices against delivery orders
Prepare monthly reports (contractual matters), including updating and maintaining records for Architect Instructions, Variation Orders, sub-contractor approval lists, and monthly man-hour reports
Prepare cost summary reports
Update and maintain material price lists for each project
Evaluate sub-contractors performance with the project team

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 1-2 years related experience (construction field)
Degree in Quantity Surveying
