Job Description:
Pre-Contract Stage:
- Assist Sales/Tender teams in preparing tender submissions, cost breakdowns, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure pricing aligns with budgets and profit targets.
Post-Contract Stage:
- Review and manage contract documents for compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts and correspondence
- Prepare and monitor budgets, cash flows, and cost forecasts.
- Manage progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers on payments, quotations, and negotiations.
- Analyze cost comparisons, certify subcontractor claims, and handle back-charges.
- Resolve contract disputes, claims, and extensions of time.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office SAP B1 is an advantage.
- Skilled in contract administration, negotiation, and variation management.
- Knowledge of SIA/Redas conditions and construction contract practices.
