Quantity Surveyer cum Drafter

RESPONSIBILITIES

Using autocad to draw shop drawing and as built drawings

Assist Project Manager / Engineer to update drawing & documentation as per customer comments

Maintain proper process documentation

. Estimate cost and prepare tender documents

. Prepare design brief documents for all mechanical and electrical services

. Evaluate Contractor's design proposals and specifications

. Assess interim payment applications and final accounts

. Carry out cost analyses on mechanical and electrical services

. Provide general support and advice on various aspects of mechanical and electrical services

REQUIREMENTS

. Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical or Quantity Survey or equivalent

. Minimum 2 years post graduate experience in design, supervision and project management, cost estimate, tendering, pre and post contract administration of either mechanical or electrical discipline

. In-depth knowledge of construction laws and regulations

. Good verbal and written communication skills

. Positive attitude and ability to communicate well with all levels

. Proficient in AutoCAD (M&E Drawings) 2D & 3D
