Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience running high-frequency or proprietary trading strategies end-to-end.
- Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, Rust, or similar (Solidity a plus).
- Proven quantitative and analytical expertise with the ability to extract insights from complex data.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving markets and technologies.
- Curiosity and conviction about crypto and decentralized markets.
- Experience with DeFi protocols, DEXs, and MEV dynamics is advantageous.
