Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist
What You'll Do
- Test & Validate Products - Run qualification tests, operate measuring tools, and confirm products meet specs.
- Support Production Trials - Monitor trial runs, collect data, and flag any issues early.
- Solve Problems Together - Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address trial deviations.
- Keep Records Clear - Prepare reports, update SOPs, and ensure everything is audit-ready.
- Drive Improvements - Participate in root cause analysis and suggest process enhancements.
What You Bring
- Some hands-on manufacturing or quality experience (but fresh grads are welcome too!).
- Comfort with Excel and measuring tools like calipers or dial gauges.
- Competitive Pay: $2,500 - $2,600 basic + OT (gross up to $3,500++).
