Responsibilities:
- Assist Quality Engineers in managing defects identified during production.
- Assess and confirm material rejections.
- Define the flow and handling process for defective materials.
- Liaise with suppliers to identify root causes and review FA (Failure Analysis) reports.
- Track and monitor all material rejections from production.
- Contribute to Kaizen activities for continuous improvement.
- Participate in ISO implementation and maintenance activities.
Requirements:
- NITEC, A/O Level, or Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience in quality or manufacturing.
- Strong ability to collaborate with peers, supervisors, and occasionally customers and HQ/factory teams.
- Capable of multitasking and working under pressure.
- Solid knowledge of RMA (Return Material Authorization) processes.
- Familiarity with IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) in server and rack production.
- Good communication skills to work effectively with suppliers.
