Job Responsibilities:
- Perform job inspection at first piece, in process and final inspection per the JIS plans
- Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) and Delta FAI per AS9102 requirements
- Conduct process/product and/or Certified Operator audits
- Proper use and maintenance of gages and inspection equipment
- Proper documentation including inspection stamping of quality paperwork
- Keep workstations clean and hazard free
Job Requirements:
- NITEC qualification in Precision Engineering or equivalent
- Good knowledge of GD&T
- At least 3 years of working experience in a Quality
- Non Destructive Testing (NDT) inspection or Special Processes skills
- Specialized inspection skills (Gear inspection)
- Use of Co-Ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) / Basic programming knowledge (Carl Zeiss / Wenzel)
- Able to perform weekly rotating shifts
