Quality Systems Specialist, Molding / Manufacturing

Responsibilities:

• Maintain ISO 9001/14001/13485 documentation and ensure audit readiness
• Lead internal/external audits and manage corrective actions (CAPA, SCAR)
• Oversee supplier quality performance and drive continuous improvement
• Coordinate equipment calibration and preventive maintenance programs
• Resolve production/customer quality issues using root cause analysis (8D/5W)
• Lead QC inspection teams and Material Review Board (MRB) meetings

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering/Quality/Manufacturing or related field
• 3-5 years of ISO audit/documentation experience in manufacturing
• Knowledge of ISO standards, PFMEA, Control Plans, and GR&R
• Experienced in supplier management and problem-solving methodologies
