Review and assess feedback and enquiries from members of public received from Organisation QSM
channels such as emails, online feedback system, and calls
Provide 1st interim replies to QSM cases received
Work closely with relevant policy divisions and other public agencies to resolve issues raised by
members of public. This includes providing advice from CED on templates and drafts.
Monitor progress of QSM cases and work with relevant divisions to ensure cases are closed
within the WOG service standards
Assist in collating data and providing analysis on QSM cases received by Organisation for QSM reports
Requirement:
Diploma and above
Resourceful, meticulous and a team player
Good writing and communication skills
Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good analytical skills and the ability to think logically
Independent, proactive and highly committed
Duration /working hours
6 months and above
42 hours per week.
