We are looking for motivated and organised individual who can improve the Company's process flow system.
The Candidate will be stationed at Customer's facility to monitor the daily operations and document the work procedures for systematic and structured training of staffs working at the facility.
The candidate shall have a keen eye to detect any potential error that may occur and rectify it pre-emptively.
This position is to uphold the Customer's perception of the Company's quality of services - logistics.
Job Responsibilities
Ensure all services and documentation are delivered to customer's specification.
Ensure work flows and operation processes are in line with written procedures, and practical trainings.
Conduct policing checks on ground, specifically inside cleanroom, to ensure handling, packing, protection processes are carried out according to approved training/document.
Develop quality tracking matrices and provide timely reports to the affected clients.
Ensure that goods, accessories and associated tools are packed in accordance to respective work instructions.
Review/maintain work instructions and other technical documents to provide timely and relevant update. Be the custodian of quality/process flow related documents.
Ensure that good housekeeping is practised throughout every operation. Spearhead the implementation of continuous improvement program, for cleanroom logistic processes.
Execute error prevention initiatives, or any plan to meet Customer's quality expectation.
Review and eliminate unnecessary appraisal/documentation to streamline the processes.
Job Requirements
Proficient in MS Office. Shared Point.
Proficient in Written and Verbal Communication skills.
Ability to adapt and multi-task.
Relevant work experience in logistics, semi-conductor or electronic industry is an advantage.
Able to write in a clear, concise manner, and generate comprehensive reports is an advantage.
