Quality Manager (ISO/IATF/ Semiconductor)

You're responsible to lead and maintain the site Quality Management System (QMS), act as Management Representative for ISO/IATF certification audits, and drive quality across manufacturing and OSAT (outsourced assembly & test) processes to ensure product conformity and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Management Representative for ISO/IATF certification and surveillance audits; coordinate audits and CAPA closure.
• Maintain and improve QMS to meet ISO/IATF and customer requirements.
• Lead internal and supplier/OSAT audits; manage nonconformances and CAPA.
• Apply quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, root cause analysis) to reduce defects and improve yield.
• Monitor quality metrics (PPM/DPPM, yield, FPY) and lead corrective/improvement actions.
• Support customer quality issues, NPI, and cross-functional quality activities.
• Manage supplier/OSAT quality performance and improvements.
• Provide quality training and mentor the quality team.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical preferred).
• Knowledge of ISO/IATF standards and experience as Management Representative.
• Strong experience with quality tools and OSAT/supplier processes.
• Proficient with statistical/QMS software; strong analytical and communication skills.
