Key Responsibilities
- Manage and analyze data for the Group Quality Performance Dashboard to support continuous improvement.
- Work with Business Units on external audits, risk assessments, and improvement projects to strengthen food safety culture.
- Maintain and update the GTQM Resource Database and key quality documents.
- Support creation of R&D policies, guidelines, and procedures in line with international standards.
- Conduct vendor qualification (ingredients, packaging) and process qualification (PQ) for new lines or equipment.
- Develop and coordinate Quality Plans across Business Units to ensure alignment and effective implementation.
- Participate in other quality-related projects or assignments as required.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related Engineering/Science field.
- Minimum 5 years QA/QC experience in the dairy or beverage industry.
- Willingness to travel for business.
- Knowledge in food packaging qualification and lead auditor certification will be an advantage.
